This product is great, but....

I love this case for my new iPad. However, I didn’t receive it when I was originally told it would arrive. I called Customer Service and found out that even though I was sent a FedEx tracking number it never left the warehouse as scheduled. Customer Service was exceptional. I received a refund of my shipping charges and received my new case a few days later. This could have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the shipping mishap.
