Dear Fan Brander, Thank you so much for being willing to send me a new AirPod Case after the first one arrived broken, in pieces, and not even in a proper box (it arrived in broken in bubble wrap). The case was a Christmas present for my nephew. Even though the good case arrived after Christmas, y'all still did everything possible to make this situation right. I really appreciate that!
